Selling bulk mobile devices doesn't have to be complicated. Here is exactly what happens from the moment you send your stocklist to the moment funds clear — step by step.

Step 1: Prepare Your Stocklist
Open Excel and create one row per SKU (model + grade + lock status combination). Include brand, model, storage, colour (optional), cosmetic grade (A–E or BER), lock status (Unlocked / iCloud / MDM / FRP / Carrier), any fault description, and quantity. The more precise your stocklist, the faster and more competitive the offer you will receive.
Step 2: Send via WhatsApp
Attach your Excel file to a WhatsApp message to HK Saitong. Include a brief note summarising the lot — total units, dominant models, and your preferred collection timeline. Our buying team reviews incoming stocklists throughout the Hong Kong business day (UTC+8).
Step 3: Receive Your Offer
For standard lots, we respond with per-unit pricing the same business day. For large or complex lots, we may ask a few clarifying questions first. The offer is broken down line by line so you can see exactly how each SKU has been valued. There is no obligation to accept.
Step 4: Agree Terms and Arrange Collection
Once you accept the offer, we confirm payment terms and arrange collection logistics. We work with established freight partners across Europe, the Middle East, North America, and Asia. For large lots, we can organise collection from your premises directly.
Step 5: Inspection and Payment
Devices are inspected on arrival in Hong Kong against your declared stocklist. Payment is released promptly on confirmation. We operate on transparent terms — if there is a grade discrepancy on arrival, we discuss it openly rather than applying arbitrary deductions.
